Yulia was born on the picturesque island of Sakhalin. She graduated from the Sakhalin Pedagogical College with a degree in Music and Choreography Education and later earned a higher education degree in Management from the Pacific State University.
From an early age, Yulia was passionate about ballroom dancing and achieved significant success — she became the Champion of the Sakhalin Region, a prizewinner of the Far Eastern Championships, and was awarded the title of Candidate for Master of Sports.
She has many years of experience working in international companies, as well as in the tourism and transportation industries, where she held positions in sales and marketing.
Since 2022, Yulia has been part of the team at the office of Elizaveta Samorukova, where she serves as a Personal Assistant Her responsibilities include managing the executive’s schedule and meetings, coordinating communications with clients, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Yulia is fluent in Russian, English, and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, spending time with her son, and creating exquisite desserts.
