
Oksana Mykhailova – Licensed attorney of the state of New York, practicing immigration law in all US states. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). Oksana specializes in green cards for people with extraordinary abilities and for professionals who are in the national interest of the U.S. (NIW).
Oksana received a Master of Laws Degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2021. Through pursuing her master’s degree in U.S. Law, she developed an interest in immigration and international law.
She is originally from Ukraine, where she earned a PhD degree in Law from the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.A. Didorenko. She defended her dissertation on the topic: “Legal regulation of labor of migrant workers in Ukraine” at the Institute of the State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Mykhailova Oksana has scientific publications on labor migration issues. She also participated in international and national conferences on the regulation of labor of foreign workers and the protection of their interests. Among these studies, an important role belongs to Mrs. Mykhailova’s monographic study “Labor migration in Ukraine: Social and Legal aspect”.
