Attorney’s Assistant for business immigration

Maria Girich was born in Magnitogorsk, Russia, and currently resides in Miami, Florida. She graduated with honors with a Specialist Degree in Law and later earned her Master’s Degree in Law from the Institute of Prosecution at the Ural State Law University, also with honors.

Maria is a licensed mediator and additionally holds an educational background in psychology. For several years, she managed her own legal practice while teaching at a college in the Department of Law Enforcement Studies, successfully combining academic work with hands-on legal experience.

At the Law Office of Elizaveta Samorukova, Maria focuses on employment- and business-based immigration matters, including L-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, and EB-3 cases. Her strong legal foundation and psychological insight enable her to communicate effectively with clients and develop thoughtful, tailored strategies for each case.

Outside of her legal work, Maria enjoys building intricate LEGO sets — a hobby that reflects her attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills, both essential qualities in her legal profession.
