Katsiaryna Rusinovich holds the position of Business Immigration Paralegal.
In 2012, Katsiaryna graduated from the Law College of Belarusian State University, and in 2016 she completed her studies at the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University with a specialization in commercial and economic law, earning the qualification of “lawyer”
Katsiaryna has more than 10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, labor, administrative, customs, and civil law. For 8 years, she worked as an attorney for the largest transportation company in Belarus, which employs over 600 people and has offices in Europe, Russia, and Asia.
During this time, she won numerous court cases, including labor, commercial, and customs disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She has never lost a case, recovered over $500,000 in enforced debt collections, successfully appealed customs decisions, and reduced penalty amounts. Ekaterina has successful experience in enforcing court judgments of one country in the territory of another (CIS countries in Europe and/or Asia).
She is the author of publications in professional journals on litigation practice.
