Oksana Mykhailova – Ph.D. in Law, graduated from Lugansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.A. Didorenko in 2009. She defended her dissertation on the topic: “Legal regulation of labor of migrant workers in Ukraine” at the Institute of the State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine prepares highly qualified personnel – doctors and candidates of jurisprudence (PhD), provides expert and scientific advice to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, courts, General Prosecutor of Ukraine, other state authorities and local governments.

During her studies, as well as after defending her doctoral dissertation, she took part in national and international scientific conferences.

Mikhailova O. has scientific publications on labor migration issues, namely the regulation of the labor of foreign workers and the protection of their interests. In 2014 she wrote a monograph on the topic: “Labor migration in Ukraine: social and legal aspect”.

She currently works for Elizaveta Samorukova’s company and continues to engage in research in this area.
